Firearms are also prohibited at the storage facilities.
Facility entry is by keypad ONLY. Gate access code is exclusively for tenant use. Wait for previous tenant if necessary, then enter personal ACCESS CODE for entry for security reasons.
When entering or exiting gate, do not TAILGATE.
If tenants are accompanied by guests, the guests must stay with the tenant at all times and are the tenant’s responsibility.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
If pets are brought onto the premises, they must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.
All non-motorized vehicles are required to have a minimum of two (2) wheel chocks surrounding vehicle wheels at all times while stored in facility. Chocks are prohibited from being a natural material (i.e., wood) such that chocks are subject to mold, rotting or infestation of insects, rodents or other wildlife. We recommend using rubber chock blocks.
While on the property, the speed limit is 10 MPH. No careless or reckless driving is permitted on the premises.
Any living thing.
Used tires.
Firearms.
Explosives.
Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.).
Drugs or drug paraphernalia.
Stolen items.
Hazardous items of any kind.
Hazardous waste material of any kind.
Items that produce odors of any kind.
Any item deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility.
Any item which detrimentally affects other tenants or the facility.
There will be no playing of any type of musical instruments, garage sales, auctions, flea market sales or other public sales.
There is also no working in the unit allowed.
This includes working on cars, motorcycles, hobbies, crafting, etc.
The storage facility does not allow the illegal use of any kind and any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility.
The facility owners do not insure the tenant’s goods.
Insurance is the sole responsibility of the tenant.
All tenants are required to have insurance on all stored properties.
